​Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made within two weeks of the course date will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee.  Cancellations made prior to the two week deadline will receive full refund or the participant may be allowed to reschedule for a future course.​

Grievance Policy: Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our students and we are committed to ensure satisfaction from all participants.  In the event a participant is dissatisfied with the course, it is his/her responsibility to discuss grievances with the course presenter.  If satisfaction is not achieved, a written statement outlining the issues is required to be submitted within 14 days (2 weeks) of attending the course.  The issues will be reviews and resolved to minimize a negative impact on CREAT or the presenter up to a full refund of course fees.​
